መንግሥት ቢቢሲ እና ሮይተርስን ጨምሮ 7 ዓለም አቀፍ የሚዲያ ተቋማት ትግራይ ክልል ገብተው ስላለው ሁኔታ መዘገብ እንዲችሉ ፈቃድ መስጠቱን አስታወቀ።
ከሁለቱ የሚዲያ ተቋማት በተጨማሪ በመጀመሪያው ምዕራፍ በክልሉ ስላለው ሁኔታ መዘገብ እንዲችሉ የተፈቀደላቸው የሚዲያ ተቋማት ኤ.ኤፍ.ፒ፣ አልጀዚራ፣ ኒው ዮርክ ታይምስ፣ ፍራንስ 24 እና ፋይናንሺያል ታይምስ መሆናቸው ነው የተገለጸው።
በትግራይ ክልል ያለውን ሁኔታ በተመለከተ በተለያዩ አካላት የሚሰራጩ መሠረተ-ቢስ እና እና በፖለቲካ ሴራ የተሞሉ ሐሰተኛ መረጃዎች እንዳሳሰበውም መንግሥት ዛሬ ባወጣው መግለጫ አስታውቋል።
ለትግራይ ሕዝብ አስፈላጊውን ድጋፍ ለማድረግ የሚቀርበው ጥሪ የመንግሥትን ሉዓላዊ ሥልጣን እና ኃላፊነትን ከማንኳሰስ ከሚደረጉ የፖለቲካ ፍላጎቶች እና ወገንተኝነት የፀዱ ሊሆኑ እንደሚገባም መንግሥት አሳስቧል።
በትግራይ ክልል እየተከናወነ ስላለው የሰብአዊ ድጋፍ፣ ሰብአዊ ተደራሽነት፣ የሚዲያ ተደራሽነት፣ የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰት ምርመራዎች እና በክልሉ የተቋቋመው ጊዜያዊ አስተዳድር እያከናወነ ስላለው ሥራም በመግለጫው ተብራርቷል።
የሰብአዊ ድጋፍን በተመለከተ በአብዛኛው ከሚነዛው የሐሰት ወሬ በተቃራኒ መንግሥት ከሀገር ውስጥ ከውጭ ድርጅቶች ጋር በሠራው የቅንጅት ሥራ እስካሁን በክልሉ ከሚገኙ 36 ወረዳዎች መካከል በ34 ወረዳዎች ውስጥ ለሚገኙ 3.1 ሚሊዮን ዜጎች ሰብአዊ ድጋፍ ማድረግ መቻሉን ገልጿል።
በክልሉ የሰብአዊ ዕርዳታ ለማድረግ ላመለከቱ እና ዓለም አቀፍ መመዘኛውን አሟልተው ለተገኙ 135 ዓለም አቀፍ ድርጅቶች እና ሠራተኞች በክልሉ ተንቀሳቅሰው የሰብአዊ ድጋፍ ሂደቱን እንዲያግዙ ፈቃድ መሰጠቱንም ገልጿል።
በአሁኑ ሰዓት 29 ዓለም አቀፍ ተቋማት በአስቸኳይ አስተባባሪ ኮሚቴ ሥር ተዋቅረው ክልሉ ውስጥ በሥራ ላይ ይገኛሉ ብሏል።
የሚዲያ ተደራሽነትን በተመለከተ የትግራይ ክልል በአሁኑ ሰዓት በአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅ ሥር እንደመሆኑ መጠን፣ ወደ ክልሉ ለመግባት የአስኳይ ጊዜ አዋጁን ፕሮቶኮሎችን መሠረት ባደረገ መልኩ መሆን እንዳለበት መንግሥት አስታውቋል።
የሕግ ማስከበር የመጀመሪያው ምዕራፍ በተጀመረበት ወቅት የሀገር ውስጥም ሆነ ዓለም አቀፍ ሚዲያዎች በአካባቢው ስላለው ሁኔታ እየዘገቡ እያለ "ክልሉ ለሚዲያ ዝግ ሆኗል" የሚለው ክስ ሁኔታውን የሚገልጽ አይደለም ብሏል መንግሥት።
የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰትን ምርመራን በተመለከተ መንግሥት እየቀረቡ ያሉትን የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰት ወቀሳዎች በትኩረት እየተመለከተ መሆኑን ጠቅሶ፣ ፆታዊ ጥቃትን ጨምሮ የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰት ፈፅመዋል የተባሉትን ሁሉ መርምሮ ለሕግ ለማቅረብ መንገዶችን ማመቻቸቱን አስታውቋል።
በትግራይ ክልል የተቋቋመው ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር በወንጀለኛው የጁንታ ቡድን የወደሙትን የመንግሥት ዶክመንቶች፣ መሠረተ ልማቶች እና ንብረቶችን በተመለከተ ተግዳሮቶች የገጠመው መሆኑም ተጠቁሟል።
መንግሥት ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደሩን በበጀት ለመደገፍ ከክልሎች አስተዳደሮች ጋር በመሆን ብሔራዊ የአንድነት ንቅናቄ ማስጀመሩን ገልጿል።
በዚህም የክልል አስተዳደሮች የገንዘብ፣ የቁሳቁስ እና ሌሎች የዓይነት ድጋፎችን ለጊዜያዊ አስተዳደሩ እና ለትግራይ ሕዝብ ለመስጠት ቃል መግባታቸው ነው የተገለጸው።

The government announced that it has given permission to seven international media outlets, including the BBC and Reuters, to report on the situation in Tigray State.
In addition to the two media outlets, AFP, Al Jazeera, the New York Times, France 24 and the Financial Times are the only media outlets allowed to cover the situation in the region in the first phase.
The government said in a statement that it was concerned about the baseless and false information spread by various parties regarding the situation in Tigray State.
The government also called on the people of Tigray to be free from political ambitions and partisanship that undermine the government's sovereignty and responsibility.
The statement also discussed ongoing humanitarian assistance, humanitarian access, media access, human rights violations investigations in Tigray State and the ongoing work of the interim administration established in the state.
Contrary to many rumors of humanitarian aid, the government has so far been able to provide humanitarian assistance to 3.1 million people in 34 woredas out of 36 woredas in the state.
He said 135 international organizations and workers who have applied for humanitarian assistance in the region and have met international standards have been granted permission to operate in the region to assist in the humanitarian process.
He said 29 international organizations are currently operating in the region under an emergency coordinating committee.
Regarding media access, the government said the state of Tigray is currently under a state of emergency.
